William Haynes

Elite Coach, Rider and Power Analytics

William has ridden bikes competitively for over 8 years, in that time he has tried his hand at most disciplines, however his greatest successes have been on the road. Whilst at university he achieved his elite licence and raced against some of the strongest riders on the UK circuit. Following university he continued to race in National level races in the UK and as far afield as Hong Kong. William hopes that he can pass on some of his experience to others and help them achieve their goals whilst getting the maximum enjoyment out of their sport.

TJ Key

Elite Coach, Rider and Power Analytics

TJ has been competing on his bike for the last 6 years alongside studying for a degree in medicine at the University of Southampton. Over this time he has competed at a national level on the track, setting a university record in the team pursuit and picking up several other podium places. As well as this focus on the track, he has competed at 2nd category level for the last 4 years. He also enjoys time trialling and competed at the national championships in 2016, and rode to a 10 mile PB of 19 minutes 19 seconds. Managing to be competitive on as little as 8 hours training a week alongside his degree, he has learnt to optimise training around a busy work life to maximise his training. During his time at university, he has also undertaken research into cycling performance and physiology. He hopes that he can pass some of this knowledge on to riders and use his medicine degree to influence and guide his coaching.
