Training with the BikeStrongUK guys over the past few winter months has added a load of variety to some otherwise tedious hours on the turbo. In only six weeks my weight is down, power is up and I'm looking forward to seeing how I do in my first race. Thanks guys.

BikestrongUK is devoted to getting the best out of the riders they train; they personalise and individualise all sessions. With his on going analysis of data he can see what workouts are required to help me meet my goals. Most prominent of all is the access I get to changing my weekly schedule at the drop of a hat due to work or family commitments is unreal, I 100% Recommend!!!

I've been with BikeStronguk for a while now, and under their guidance I've managed to successfully drop a load of weight which is a big chunk towards one of my goals.
I've also really started enjoying training again, the workout sessions set are interesting and vary enough that they don't get boring. I'm the kind of person that if I'm not enjoying training I just won't bother so that's a huge positive for me.
Flexibility is also key for me as my job means my available time to train varies massively. This isn't a problem with BikeStronguk, a quick message to their team and sessions can be moved and switched around on the spot!
All in all, I'm really impressed with the service that I've had from the team at BikeStronguk, and would and HAVE recommended them to friends.

Training with Mike from Bikestrong totally changed the way I was approaching training and his incorporation of data based fitness tracking allowed me to see how my fitness skyrocketed with his help. By far the best investment I made in my 12 month training journey which allowed me to smash all my targets at Ironman Copenhagen!
